My Story.

A young woman with blonde hair styled in loose waves, wearing a light blue button-up shirt with sleeves rolled up, beige high-waisted pants, and metallic open-toe heels, standing with arms crossed, smiling softly in front of a cream-colored paneled wall.
A vase with white and pink flowers and green leaves on a marble table, with a small glass of coffee, a laptop, a chair, a lamp, and a wooden cabinet in the background.

I help organizations and businesses find their voice, shine their light, and be heard by the people who matter for them.

My journey

Following my guiding star, I moved from Belarus to France to pursue an international career. After completing a Master's degree in International Relations, I worked in the private sector in marketing, sales, and business development before joining the OECD, where I spent nearly seven years working on communication initiatives and coordinating international projects. Today, through Zorka, I bring together the strategic insights of the intergovernmental world and the agility of the private sector to help organizations communicate their mission, engage stakeholders, and amplify their impact. I speak English, French, German, Russian and Belarusian.

What I learned working with IOs

Sustainability sits at the heart of what I do. Throughout my career, I have been drawn to projects that create positive social, environmental, and economic impact. This commitment led me to specialise in sustainability communication during my MSc in International Marketing at KEDGE Business School, where I explored how organizations can communicate their commitments with credibility and impact. Today, I help organizations translate their impact into clear, authentic, and engaging communication. I am also certified in Sustainable Marketing by the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.

At the OECD, I coordinated more than 60 high-level international events, developed communication strategies for complex multi-stakeholder programmes, and contributed to flagship publications on digitalisation, sustainability, and economic development. These experiences taught me how to navigate diverse stakeholder interests, communicate complex issues clearly, and build engagement around ideas that drive change.
